Timeless Essence was created to assist in finding balance and relaxation in our lives. It started with aromatherapy and over time has expanded to include reflexology, energy balancing, toe reading and shamanic healing. These modalities effect mind, body and spirit. In other words the whole person.
Stress can come from many parts of our lives, pressure from work, personal issues, the environment. The body was created to react to stress (fight or flight) and when the stressor was handled the body went into relaxation to allow itself to recover. Today our lives consists of going from one stressful situation to the next so that the body remains in high alert at all times. Studies have shown that stress can be the underlying cause of many ailments. Indicators of stress can manifest as inability to sleep, headaches, body pains, irritability, improper eating habits and numerous other complaints. At Timeless Essence the belief is that if you address the issue of stress it is possible to keep the body in better condition to handle the pressures of life.

Reflexology is a foot massage using pressure points. An hour session can result in relaxing the entire body. Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils that are extracted from plants. The oils can be used individually or multiple oils can be combined to create a blend. Imagine a scent that can evoke a happy memory, help you relax, assist in meditation. This blend can be used in a bath, diffused in the air, or be used as a perfume any time you need to get in that positive frame of mind.
In the East energy is considered as part of the makeup of our bodies. The body takes in energy and disperses it to keep in balance. The energy system also processes emotion. The body can hold emotions which can cause a block in the system. Energy balancing can aid in opening and moving to release the blocks which allows energy to flow evenly. The goal is to achieve relaxation and help us remember to return to relaxation as a way to deal with stress.
